Brand & Trademark Notice

DICE AI EVALUATOR™ is the primary service mark for our AI-assisted app, website, pitch-deck, and business evaluation service. DICE AI™ and DICE AI EVALUATOR™ are also trademarks of DICE (dba DICE AI), used in commerce in connection with the service available at https://diceaievaluator.com. The dice-and-wordmark logo is claimed as a mark.

myDICE™ is the consumer shortcut for the same product and service. The shortcut domains myDICE.app and myDICEAI.app resolve to the DICE AI Evaluator platform; they do not create a separate product, feature set, or service. When you see “myDICE,” read it as “my DICE AI Evaluator report.”

Marks are used with a ™ symbol. We do not claim federal registration unless and until a registration issues, at which point this notice will be updated.

Class 42 (software as a service). Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring artificial-intelligence software for evaluating, scoring, and analyzing mobile applications and websites; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software for generating Competitive Market Intelligence (C.M.I.) reports, competitor feature comparisons, and product-readiness reports; platform as a service featuring computer software platforms for automated assessment of software product quality, user experience, growth signals, and risk factors.

Class 35 (business analysis and reports). Business analysis, research, and information services in the field of mobile applications and web products; preparation of business reports and Competitive Market Intelligence (C.M.I.); providing business information relating to product readiness, market comparables, and investment-readiness of software products.

First use in commerce: the service has been publicly available at https://diceaievaluator.com since 2026. Records of first sale are retained with our order history.

You may use our name in plain text to accurately refer to our service (for example, "scored with DICE AI"). Please do not alter the logo, combine it with your own marks, imply sponsorship or endorsement, or use the marks in a domain name, app name, product name, or advertising without our written permission.

Reports we deliver may be used for your own internal, investment, or business purposes; resale or redistribution of a report as a standalone product is not permitted without our written consent.

App names, company names, and logos of third parties that appear in reports, comparables, or directory pages belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
